CLEARLY IN DAILY BASIS

As Chief Operating Officer, I’m responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish as well as ensuring the smooth execution of spare parts projects. My work includes managing project-specific documentation requirements, delivery schedules, and making sure our assembly capacity meets project demands. I always know the current stage of each project and work closely with both our internal teams and customers.

My office is located in Rauma. I lead the project management team, which includes the assembly supervisor, buyers, and logistics. In addition, the design team and finance are closely involved with project management. Our projects are built on strong collaboration – every team member has their own important role. Project management ensures that everything proceeds according to plan and is completed on time.

CLEARLY WITH EXPERIENCE

I started at Finnchain in 2006 as a designer, but after just a few months I transitioned to a project manager role. Over the years, I’ve taken on various responsibilities, such as Quality Manager. Since the beginning of 2025, I’ve been working as Chief Operating Officer.

I hold a degree in Industrial Management Engineering. Before joining Finnchain, I worked in Pori as a designer of household storage systems.
