Juuso Juhala IS CLEARLY THE BEST: “When creativity and precision join forces”

In designer Juuso Juhala’s work, every detail counts. While the equipment shares many similarities, each one also has its own specific features. CLEARLY IN DAILY BASIS

As a designer, I do both 2D and 3D design work, review plans made by colleagues, and when needed, I also take part in installation supervision around the world. I respond to customer inquiries via email and attend remote meetings where we go over design details and progress with the clients.

CLEARLY AT POINT

I work at the Rauma office in close cooperation with the rest of the design team, project management, and sales. When needed, we also support the sales team, for example by preparing preliminary designs for quotations. All plans are always cross-checked with a colleague – a second pair of eyes can spot details that improve the final outcome and ensure high quality.

CLEARLY WITH EXPERIENCE

I started at Finnchain in August 2024. I already knew another designer, Bowei Allen Li, from our mechanical and production engineering studies at SAMK, and on his recommendation, I applied for the position. Our long-shared background shows in our smooth collaboration. Before Finnchain, I worked in the metal industry in chain production.

What fascinates me about design work is its variety – while some components are repeated in the equipment, each project has its own unique features and details. I enjoy solving problems and finding functional solutions. At the same time, I’m constantly developing my own skills and ways of working.
