CLEARLY IN DAILY BASIS
As a Project Coordinator, I am the main user of our ERP system, where we manage various operations and item lists. A significant part of my job involves procuring project-specific steel components. My work also includes a lot of customer service. Additionally, I am closely involved in spare parts sales for international projects.

My workstation is in Rauma. I collaborate daily with the design team, as they provide the drawings that I transfer into the ERP system. I meticulously review everything to minimize potential human errors. I must always have up-to-date knowledge of project progress so that I can time the procurement and delivery of parts correctly.

CLEARLY WITH EXPERIENCE
Last year, I reached my 20-year milestone at Finnchain Oy. During my studies, I did an internship at a printing house, whose products I delivered here. In 2003, I inquired about summer work and started making chains. The following year, I joined the assembly team on a temporary contract, which later became a permanent position. In 2010, I transitioned to the office side of the business.

Thanks to my previous experience in assembly and installation, I have a deep understanding of scrapers and their details. This knowledge is highly beneficial in project management and spare parts sales. When reviewing design drawings, I can think critically and, if necessary, challenge certain aspects to help prevent potential errors. My work requires a flexible, open, and helpful approach, as well as a strong technical understanding of how scrapers function.
