CLEARLY IN DAILY BASIS

Assembling parts, packing finished assemblies and transferring them to trucks for transport to assembly sites. We have a total of five employees working in assembly and warehousing. We work meticulously to ensure that the installation work on site runs as smoothly as possible.

I work in assembly of scraper flights. The scraper flights come to us from a subcontractor, either in custom sizes or long lengths, which we saw to the dimensions ordered and fit the end connectors into place. Quality control is carried out alongside the work to ensure that everything is as it should be.

CLEARLY WITH EXPERIENCE

I joined Finnchain in 2022, before that I worked in distribution driving a truck and van. I had also previously worked at a machine shop next door to our office, so Finnchain was familiar to me. I have acquired my skills mainly through work, and I received good guidance and orientation in the beginning.

Assembling the scraper flights is a step that always takes time. Often there are also several projects overlapping. Ultimately, we are responsible for ensuring that all products are assembled and packaged properly, so the work requires precision. Naturally, you need to have good manual skills and be proficient in the use of tools. There is a lot of repetition in my job, which requires perseverance.
